Returns & Exchange Policy

At Hank Hawk, managed and marketed by Luxe Thread, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. That’s why we offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Once your return is picked up, please allow an additional 5–7 days for the product(s) to reach us.

We also provide reverse pick-up services for your convenience. Please note, a reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund per order, regardless of the number of items in that order.

Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges can only be processed for size-related concerns.

  • An order can be exchanged only once.

  • If required, the exchanged product may also be returned later.

  • The item to be exchanged will be collected at the same time as the delivery of your replacement order.

  • All items must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Reverse Pick-Up & Return Instructions
  • Reverse Pick-Up: The courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address. Reverse pick-up depends on service availability at your pin code.

  • Condition of Products: Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

  • Mandatory Opening Video: For any return or refund request, customers must provide a clear product opening video. The video must show:

    1. The package being opened from the start (sealed condition).

    2. A clear view of the product in its entirety.

    3. Visible defects/damages (if applicable).
      Requests without an opening video may not be eligible for returns/refunds.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit, delivered to your registered email or contact number within 1–2 working days after return pickup.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your bank account.

Non-Refundable Items & Charges
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Store Credit: COD payments are refunded as store credit, which can be used anytime on our website.

  • Reward Points: Reward points or store credits are non-refundable and redeemable only at Hank Hawk.

Refunds for Sale/Deal Products

Products purchased during flash sales, promotions, or heavy discounts (including free product deals) are not eligible for returns.

Self-Shipping (If Reverse Pick-Up Not Available)

If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, please courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage.

  • Mention your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Terms & Conditions
  • Bank Details: Bank account details provided by the customer are final. Hank Hawk is not responsible for errors in the provided details.

  • Delivery Issues: If you receive an SMS/email that your order is delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • Product Care: Customers must handle products with care, including all documents and packaging.

  • Damaged Product on Delivery: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 1 day via Instagram DM (@hankhawk20) or WhatsApp (+91 96466-99929) with the mandatory opening video and product details.

Refund Confirmation

After inspection of the returned product and verification of the opening video, we will notify you by email regarding your eligibility for a refund. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and in all cases within 7 working days of receiving the product.
