Is cash on delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for orders below INR 2000 on all serviceable pincodes.
How do I place a return/exchange request?
- Submit the required details as prompted.
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
Note: Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Reverse pickup will occur within 2-3 working days. All returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Are there any additional charges for returns and exchanges?
Yes, a reverse shipment fee of INR 100 will be deducted at the time of refund.
How long will my order take to arrive?

How will I know if my order is placed?
You will receive a confirmation on your registered email ID. Additionally, we will notify you once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Are there any shipping charges on delivery?
Yes, a shipping fee of INR 40 is charged on all COD orders.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Just login to the platform in your account section.
How do I return/exchange a product?
To return or exchange a product, visit the returns section on our website or click here to raise a return request. Pack the product in its original packaging with tags and hand it over to our courier. Once we receive it at our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund to the account used for payment. Note that a handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns. Orders placed during sales or free products are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email a photograph of the damaged product to:

Can I return all orders?
Orders including free products received during promotions or offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
When will I get my refund?
It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after reverse pickup. After passing QC, the refund or exchange request is initiated within 72 hours.
How do I get my refund on discounted items?
For returned orders placed with a discount, the discount will be waived and products will be billed at MRP. The balance amount will be refunded.
How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?
For prepaid orders, refunds depend on the payment method used. The amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, contact your bank.
How do I get my refund for COD orders?
Once the product(s) reaches us and passes QC, a refund as a gift card will be provided.

My payment was deducted from my bank account, but the order was not placed. What should I do?
In most cases, the payment will be automatically credited back to your account within 2-3 business days.
